As a dance educator for the last decade Blair Hotchner-Haynes has developed the six core skill method to train dancers of all age to master technique and artistry.
For fitness she focuses on the fundamental four: balance, agility, flexibility and strength.
In-person private classes available in our beautiful home studio in Ossining NY
